Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to guide and support multiple Scrum teams, fostering adherence to Agile principles and practices. The ideal candidate will serve as a servant leader, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, mentoring team members, and ensuring continuous improvement in team performance. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing team dynamics, and driving process improvements to align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure team accountability and commitment to Sprint goals.
• Mentor and coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress.
• Encourage collaboration and self-organization within the teams.
• Promote a safe and trusting environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas and concerns.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain and refine the product backlog.
• Communicate team progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders effectively.
• Align teams with organizational goals and deliverables.
• Track and communicate key Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.) to ensure transparency and predictability.
• Use data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
• Advocate for the adoption of tools and technologies that support Agile practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple Agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and best practices.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills to guide teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to remove impediments and foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment.
• Expertise in tracking and reporting Agile metrics for transparency and improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in implementing process improvements to enhance team productivity.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
