Job Description:
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments for our sales team, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and helping the team meet its goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective clients via business to business, phone, email, and other communication channels
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details in the CRM system
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide reminders
• Answer basic inquiries and provide information about our services
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation and conversion

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, persistence, and ability to handle rejection professionally
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have reliable transportation

Pay: $16.03 - $18.26 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
