Internal Medicine/Primary Care private practice looking for experienced part time APRN-C or PA-C to start immediately. No entry-level please.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as APRN-C or PA-C in primary care/internal medicine.
• Be able to work autonomously.
• 20-25 patients per day.
• Experienced with HEIDIS, HCC coding .
• EMR proficient.(EClinical Works).
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team in order to meet criteria for HEIDIS/MRA completion in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient

Salary:

• $50-$55/hr.

Schedule:

• Part-Time position.
• 8 hour shift, 8:30am-5:30pm
• Outpatient only.
• No hospital
• No call
