Job Description
First Coast Steamers is seeking to hire a full-time Carpet cleaning Technician in the Jacksonville, FL area. Experience is preferred but not required! The Carpet Technician will be responsible for tasks such as carpet cleaning, repairs, and water extractions. As part of this role, you will perform pre-cleaning inspections, apply treatments, remove stains, clean carpeted flooring, replace carpet pads, carpet repairs patches and transition installs, conduct water extractions, and clean vinyl flooring. Additionally, you will drive to customer locations throughout the day and maintain communication with on-site property management employees.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 21 years old (for insurance purposes).
- Possession of a valid driver's license in the working state.
- Ability to move and/or lift at least 65 lbs with ease.
- Capability to stand and/or kneel for extended periods of time.
- Availability to work a standard weekday schedule with on-call availability as needed.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening.
- Skill in maintaining equipment, tools, and company vehicles.
