They will be expected to enhance the organization's operations, strengthen its team, and ensure the continued development of the Board of Directors. The role requires a leader with high personal and professional standards, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse range of partners, supporters, and funders. The CEO will be the face of the organization, so they must be a compelling and inspiring communicator, capable of driving the organization's objectives and meeting its goals.
