This is a strategic leadership role —you’ll be responsible for ensuring our high-value real estate investors receive proactive, data-driven insights, top-tier service, and clear, results-focused communication. If you haven’t worked at a short-term rental property management company (STR PMC) , this role isn’t the right fit. ✔️ STR PMC Client Success Expertise – You must have direct experience managing owner relationships, driving revenue strategy, and collaborating across departments in the vacation rental space. ✔️ Strategic Thinker – You anticipate owner needs, proactively address concerns, and bring data-backed solutions to the table. ✔️ Confident Communicator – You’ll be working with seasoned real estate investors who expect clear, professional, and data-driven updates. ✔️ Process Builder & Executor – You should be capable of creating scalable systems for owner onboarding, communication, and reporting. ✔️ Self-Starter – We need someone who thrives in autonomy, can take a high-level strategy, and execute without constant oversight. ✔️ Familiarity with Guesty, Breezeway, Wheelhouse, and Google Suite is highly desirable. What You’ll Be Doing 🔹 Owner Relationship Management – Serve as the primary contact for property owners, providing proactive communication, clear performance insights, and strategic guidance. 🔹 Portfolio Performance Oversight – Deliver actionable data on RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates, review scores, and maintenance insights to help owners optimize their investments. 🔹 Client Onboarding Leadership – Own the entire onboarding process, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to management and setting owners up for success from day one. 🔹 Cross-Departmental Collaboration – Partner with Revenue Management, Guest Experience, and Maintenance teams to align strategies and ensure operational excellence. 🔹 Process Development & Optimization – Build and refine scalable workflows that enhance the owner experience and improve operational efficiency across departments.
