Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Processes commercial loans and organizes/maintains current commercial lending portfolio files.
• Assists in collection efforts with past due loans within the commercial lending portfolio.
• Reviews closing documentation for accuracy to ensure all loan conditions are being met prior to closing.
• Maintains complete and accurate files with current information.
• Manages relationship with third party vendors that assist with commercial loan processing.
• Reviews and assists with the credit unions CBS loan portfolio.
• Assist on phone to answer various questions.
• Prepare Real Estate packets

Requirements

• Two-five years of similar or related experience.
• Strong understanding of underwriting and loan documentation.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• A high school education or GED.
