Are you an experienced construction administrative assistant with a keen eye for details? We are looking for someone to help us manage our busy construction office and facilitate contract administration, customer communication, and operations organization. Our ideal candidate has 3 years of construction administration support experience and a firm grasp of construction industry best practices. Service Titan experience is preferred. If you have excellent communication skills and a track record of optimizing processes, please apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain job schedule.
  • Insure proper invoicing and collection of jobs.
  • Apply for permits and close them out.
  • Maintain complete, accurate and updated information in the customer database.
  • Maintain communication with field supervision via phone or online.
  • Contact customers if there is a delay in their scheduled time.
  • Perform administrative duties to assist with the overall efficiency of the operation.
  • Effectively manage conflict resolution with customers through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.
  • Promptly report any service issues to the appropriate leader to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Maintain a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times.
  • Abide by all standards of performance and ethics.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
