Position Overview: As a Construction Superintendent, you'll be at the core of the restoration and construction response, whether responding to large disasters or leading complex, high-value projects. This role requires in-depth industry expertise, focusing on restoration or construction. You will be a go-to resource for regional and national projects, including CAT (Catastrophe) events following natural disasters.
Key Responsibilities: - Project Management: Oversee project scopes, schedules, safety, and quality control, ensuring each project meets the highest standards.
- Field Documentation: Provide accurate and thorough documentation for all project activities, including photo logs, sketches, and reports.
- Client & Team Coordination: Lead communication with clients, team members, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Vendor Management: Qualify and manage vendors, guiding them through qualification processes and ensuring adherence to project standards.
- Safety Compliance: Conduct daily safety checks and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor quality at every stage, from initial planning to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality results.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintaining professionalism and clear communication throughout project timelines.
Requirements: - Industry Experience : Prior experience in restoration or construction project management is essential.
- Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and organizational abilities, focusing on managing complex projects and teams effectively.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear client and team interactions.
