Customer Success Manager, Major Accounts

About the Role:

Our company is looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager (Major Accounts) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor for some of our largest and most strategic customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions. You'll play a key role in strengthening relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring long-term success with our products.

What You'll Do:

Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, building strong, lasting relationships.
Proactively identify customer needs and deliver solutions that align with their goals.
Drive adoption, engagement, and overall success of our products within customer organizations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs.
Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
Identify opportunities for expansion and work closely with the Sales team on renewals and upsell strategies.
Analyze customer usage data to provide insights and recommendations that enhance their experience.
Serve as an escalation point for customer issues, ensuring quick resolution and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field, preferably managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
Relationship Builder: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport.
Problem Solver: Proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering effective solutions.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand customer goals and align them with our solutions.
Data-Driven: Comfort using analytics to drive customer engagement and decision-making.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve customer success.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in security, technology, or SaaS is a plus.
