Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and inspiring high performance.
• Ensure successful project delivery within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and validate project scope, budget, and services during the marketing and contract development process.
• Maintain ongoing communication with project teams through meetings, memos, and updates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and team members, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Utilize project management tools to oversee project plans, resources, schedules, and changes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in marketing efforts and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Review project deliverables for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate on staffing resources with the operations team.
• Mentor and support the professional growth of junior staff members.

Required Skills Preferred Skills Pay range and compensation package

$110K-$160K annually.
