• Assist customers by providing information, resolving inquiries, and directing calls as needed
• Accurately log call details and maintain customer records
• Handle emails and chat inquiries with the same level of care and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Maintain a calm and friendly approach, even in high-pressure situations

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• A positive and professional attitude when handling customer inquiries
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required
