Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Bedside Developmental Brain Injury Services (DBIS) Employment: FLEX
Location: West Springfield (home office), Programs are located in Wilbraham, Feeding Hills, Easthampton, Springfield, Hadley
Pay: $35-$40/hour (See details below)

Our homes have a 4:1 client: nurse ratio to allow for more individualized care. We are
seeking LPNs to join our team and work with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries in our residential programs. As part of our nursing team, youll be more than just a caregiveryoull be an advocate for health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities: - Champion Health and Well-Being: Monitor and coordinate healthcare services to ensure the best possible care for each individual. Youll be a key communicator, connecting with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers to ensure everyones health needs are met.
- Be a Lifeline for Care: Document nursing interventions and changes, keeping track of everything that impacts each persons health. Whether its progress notes, daily logs, or communication with staff, youll make sure no detail is overlooked.
- Ensure Safe and Effective Care: Maintain medication and treatment orders, ensuring they meet MAP standards, while keeping an eye on any side effects or issues that may arise. Your attention to detail will keep people safe and healthy.
- Empower Others to Grow: Teach and train staff in essential personal care techniques, positioning, feeding, and using supportive devices, ensuring everyone is equipped to provide the best care possible.
- Support Independence: Assist individuals with their personal care and daily activities (ADLs), while encouraging them to take control of their lives and responsibilities. Youll be a guide and a support, helping them grow more independent each day.
- Be There for Lifes Important Moments: Accompany individuals to medical appointments and day programs, making sure they receive the care and services they need.
- Go Above and Beyond: Take on additional assignments as needed, always working to provide the best support and care possible.

Qualifications: - Valid MA Nursing License.
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
- Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position.
- Good communication and computer skills.

Compensation Details: Base: $33-$38/hour + $2.00/hour FLEX differential = $35-$40/hour
