What You'll Do

We’re seeking a Marketing Communication Manager who will champion our marketing efforts and drive our brand and promise to the world. Marketing is key to achieving our strategic objective of becoming the key provider for Immersity On Any Device. We seek a go-getter who challenges the status quo and will be instrumental in driving our message to the world.

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Define and execute our Digital Marketing Strategy, including Thought Leadership
• Define and drive our Social Media & Campaign Calendar, including overseeing our collaboration with influencers and key partners.

Communications, Brand, Copywriting

• Driving our brand and branded content across all channels, internal and external, to ensure brand adoption
• With our product marketing team, drive messaging and communications of our key propositions.

Content Creation

• Content Creation - develop briefs and initiate content
• Build and manage email campaigns (Mailchimp and Hub Score).
• Develop our own content and drive co-marketing (creator program) content.

Analytics & Performance Management

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Marketing Analytics - review our actions and adjust accordingly (including SEO/SEM)
• Set specific objectives and report ROI.

What You'll Have

• 5+ years of experience with marketing communications
• Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.
• Can-do mentality. Can manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and communication challenges
• Naturally detailed-oriented and organized, including the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and meet deadlines
• Fast learner with a genuine interest in emerging technologies.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need of Employer Sponsorship, now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with software/hardware in 3D/XR space
• Experience incorporating video, animations, and new mediums for storytelling and brand-building
• Previous experience in a startup environment.

This is a Hybrid role for someone based in the New England area and able to commute to Southern New Hampshire in the near future. The ability to work proactively and autonomously is essential. With your teammates based on the West Coast and in Europe, some flexibility with working hours is necessary, and you’ll also get to travel within the US and Europe.
