We are seeking 4 motivated, talented, enthusiastic and detail-oriented marketing interns to aid in our focus on driving organic growth through high-quality content! These internships offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills while contributing to impactful marketing campaigns.
JOB DESCRIPTION #1
JOB TITLE #1: Content Creator/SEO Intern
DEPARTMENT: Digital Marketing
REPORTS TO: Content Manager
LOCATION: Remote
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Will focus on removing/updating old content on website and creating new content.
• Write, edit, and proofread blog content that is engaging, informative, and aligned with our
brand voice.
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for creating optimized content.
• Incorporate SEO best practices into all content, including proper use of keywords, meta
descriptions, and internal linking.
• Assist in creating and managing content for digital platforms such as social media, email
marketing campaigns, and landing pages.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar for blogs, social posts, and other digital content
initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas that
resonate with target audiences.
• Monitor content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, reach) and recommend strategies
for improvement.
• Stay informed about trends in digital content, SEO, and audience behavior to refine
strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a
related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and a willingness to learn more about SEO tools and
practices.
• Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt writing style to different tones and audiences across various
platforms.
• A creative mindset and enthusiasm for storytelling and digital marketing.
• Previous blogging, social media, or content creation experience (e.g., personal blog, class
projects) is preferred
• This person must be technical and site focused.
• Must have their own laptop, with access to a suite of editing software (Photoshop etc.)
JOB DESCRIPTION #2
JOB TITLE #2: Social Media Graphic Design Intern
DEPARTMENT: Digital Marketing
REPORTS TO: Director of Digital/Ecom
LOCATION: Remote
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Will focus on assisting Social Media Manager with posts and also promos sent via email.
• Design eye-catching and brand-consistent graphics for social media platforms (Instagram,
Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create compelling visuals for email marketing campaigns, including banners, templates, and
promotional assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design ideas for campaigns and
promotions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for digital platforms.
• Assist in photo editing, resizing, and other graphic-related tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a
related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),
Canva.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design work, especially for digital platforms.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have their own laptop, with access to a suite of editing software (Photoshop etc.)

JOB TITLE #3: Video Editing Intern
DEPARTMENT: Digital Marketing
REPORTS TO: Director of Digital/Ecom
LOCATION: Remote
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Will focus on adding and updating “How-To” videos on YouTube.
• Edit and produce dynamic video content for YouTube, IG, and other social media
platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative video ideas.
• Ensure videos adhere to platform-specific guidelines and maintain a consistent brand look and
feel.
• Optimize video formats for different platforms to ensure the best viewing experience.
• Organize and maintain a library of video assets for team access.
• Stay updated on trends in video editing and social media to inspire fresh, innovative content
ideas.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Video Production, Media Studies, or a
related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere video editing software
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus
• Familiarity with YouTube and Instagram video content requirements and trends
• Experienced capturing video content - camera and/or drone is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A passion for storytelling and visual communication
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• A portfolio or examples of previous video editing work is preferred
• Must have their own laptop, with access to a suite of editing software (Photoshop etc.)

LOCATION: Watertown, CT (Hybrid)
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Primarily editing videos and photos
• Edit and produce dynamic video content for YouTube, IG, and other social media
platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative video ideas.
• Ensure videos adhere to platform-specific guidelines and maintain a consistent brand look and
feel.
• Optimize video formats for different platforms to ensure the best viewing experience.
• Organize and maintain a library of video assets for team access.
• Stay updated on trends in video editing and social media to inspire fresh, innovative content
ideas.
