Paralegal - Boesen & Snow Law

Boesen & Snow Law is a well-established law firm in Scottsdale, AZ, focusing on health and pharmacy law. We represent healthcare providers and corporations involved in healthcare delivery and support. Our team includes eight attorneys (including two pharmacist-attorneys), one pharmacist, and 11 other staff members. Duties:

• Conduct legal research related to health law, including statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and healthcare-related filings.
• Manage case files and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date.
• Communicate with clients to provide case updates, collect necessary information, and address inquiries.
• Prepare and file regulatory paperwork with healthcare agencies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, compliance audits, and other necessary filings for clients.
• Maintain and organize case files, legal documentation, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure all client needs are met efficiently.
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and other staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; paralegal certification from an accredited program is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in health law or regulatory matters.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal management software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time, in-person

Pay: $30-$37/hour DOE, eligible for overtime pay

Benefits: 401(k), health insurance, dental, vision, paid time off

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:15 pm
