Paralegal Hobbie & DeCarlo, P.C.- Eatontown, NJ Job description: Monmouth County Firm is Seeking a Full-Time in Office Paralegal for our Eatontown, NJ Location! COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES; BONUSES, HEALTH, DENTAL & VISION INSURANCE, LIFE INSURANCE & 401K Qualifications:

• 4 years experience working in a plaintiff litigation law firm.
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, focused, technologically savvy, adaptable to learning new systems and processes and can prioritize and multitask.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with attorneys, paralegals, court personnel, clients and claims staff.
• Flexibility in work hours is a must.
• Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Has general knowledge of law office operations, practices, and procedures (including electronic filing)
• Exercise independent initiative and judgment in daily tasks, within a team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive client contact. A unique opportunity for growth and advancement at a highly regarded, well-established, dynamic law firm.
• Preparation, reviewing filing, and service of pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas.
• Conducts legal research and writing assignments, which may include the preparation of medical chronologies and deposition summaries of fact and expert witnesses.
• Provides direct pre-triaI and triaI support to attorneys for Litigated matters of varied complexity.

Base pay in addition to performance incentivized compensation. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits:
