COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY)

• Salary: Starting Salary at $344K + RVU Bonus Eligibility and moonlighting options ($250hr).
• Overnight Shift 10:30 pm-8am; 4 Shifts weekly which will include overnight weekends, 2x a month.
• CME/Indirect Costs: $3,000 + 3-5 days
• PTO: 14 paid holidays + 30 more days off including sick time. (accrues yearly)
• Relocation: Relocation assistance dependent on SBUH & IRS guidelines
• Sign-on: Offered
• Educational repayment: Non-Profit Employer, assistance with PSLF which depends upon eligibility.

• Retirement: 403(b) Exceptional NY State pension and retirement offerings.
• Pension: Your employer will contribute an 8% portion of your annual salary nothing out of pocket, vesting in 3 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Psychiatry (PSY)

• Clinical experience with Psychiatric patients in a Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) or other Psychiatric Emergency Setting.
• Psychiatric evaluation and management of patients in CPEP/ED of University Hospital.
• Teaching and supervision of residents, nurses, and medical students.
• After hours practice opportunities available through hospital. No offsite practices or patients may be seen outside of the medical center. (non-negotiable)

COMMUNITY Psychiatry (PSY)

• 15-30 minutes from many of the islands most beautiful beaches and local wineries.
