Role Overview

As a Marketing Assistant reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will play a vital role in promoting the Build 2 Rent brand and lead generation. This multi-faceted position includes administrative tasks, marketing responsibilities, and client-facing activities to ensure seamless operations. Must be a team player and have strong social media skills, including community engagement, video production, and graphic design. 

Your duties will include:

• Marketing Assistant; Create and manage marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Assisting with webinars, YouTube Scripts, presentations, scheduling podcast guest, coordinating appearances and other tasks as required. Design graphics and edit videos for promotional content, webinars, and YouTube videos.
• Administrative Assistance; Updating property inventories and scheduling investor consultations. Manage CRM systems (e.g., Follow Up Boss) and property databases. Develop email marketing strategies to engage and nurture leads.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in social media management and campaign optimization.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in digital marketing, including Google SEO, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
• Basic website management knowledge (HTML or WordPress preferred).

• Flexible schedule, with availability for occasional evening or weekend events/webinars.
