Job Description

Greenwich, CT based financial services firm seeks a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. Ideally a few years of recruitment experience with some exposure to financial services and staffing agency experience.

Salary: $80-100K base

Hybrid schedule

Hours: 8:30-5:30

Requirements:

• Lead full cycle recruitment to assist with filling roles across various departments
• Review and source resumes, screen and qualify candidates
• Stay current and informed on industry recruiting trends to attract top talent
• Generate a strong pipeline with creative job postings, networking, and professional partnerships
• Build relationships internally with hiring managers, department heads and stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of needs
• Oversee local headcount and requests throughout the year
• Manage high volume of requisitions and applications through various stages in ATS
• Ensure HR data is reflected accurately and recruiting information is updated in the system
• Partner with HR department to ensure all hires go through an excellent onboarding experience
• Assist with ongoing projects as needed, including DE&I and employee engagement efforts

Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, with exposure to the financial services
• Experience with technology recruitment a plus
• Bachelor's degree required, ideally in human resources or business
• Experience with various ATS and HR systems, Greenhouse knowledge a plus
• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to foster strong client relationships
