Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. As a Lavu Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering relationships with restaurant owners and operators. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, promoting our solutions, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the restaurant industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Lavu's POS solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both Lavu and the client.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the restaurant technology or hospitality industry.
  • Strong sales closer.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Previous experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) is a plus.
