An employer in the insurance industry is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst / Solutions Architect to join the team and sit fully remote. This person will work closely with IT and the business to gather requirements, document them, and provide solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The role will ensure that the client's Salesforce solutions meet business needs and are implemented effectively. This person's day will have a 50/50 split between gathering, clarifying and documenting business requirements, and providing Salesforce solutions. Some solutions will be handed off to Salesforce Administrators and Developers for implementation, but this role will require hands-on solutioning as well--it will involve continuous enhancements to the existing Salesforce system rather than just setting up new instances.
