We’re seeking an innovative and skilled ESL Teacher to join our team and help English Language Learners (ELL) achieve their academic, social, and personal goals. In this role, you’ll design and deliver engaging lessons, support language acquisition across all subjects, and foster an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity.

About the Role:

• Prepare and implement instructional plans for ELL students.
  
• Create and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
  
• Implement behavior management strategies to support effective learning.
  
• Provide individualized and small-group instruction to support diverse learners.
  
• Regularly assess and track student progress to modify strategies for continued language development.
  
• Collaborate with general education teachers to integrate English language development across content areas.
  

Requirements

1. Possess a valid Illinois PEL with an ESL endorsement.
   
2. Earned a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
   
3. Demonstrated success in teaching ESL or performing in a similar capacity.
   
4. Skilled in supporting students from various linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
