Job Description

This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects in line with schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a proven track record of leading multiple Scrum teams to success. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in guiding teams to deliver high-quality products while continuously improving processes. You will also define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the implementation of IT projects within SAP ERP, supply chain, and finance domains.
• Lead S4 HANA ERP projects to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide ongoing direction and leadership to assigned teams to meet project goals effectively.
• Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress.
• Leverage expertise to solve a range of straightforward problems while continuing to develop advanced skills.
• Maintain a deep understanding of organizational processes and customer needs.
• Coordinate and lead project team meetings, ensuring collaboration and communication.
• Indirectly manage team members, including consultants and individual contributors, to meet discipline-specific goals.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and trust among business, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
• Track and promote completed program initiatives, epics, and business value metrics following Agile practices.
• Manage risks and dependencies, ensuring transparency and resolving bottlenecks.
• Ensure adherence to a +/- 10% say/do ratio for commitments.
• Utilize expertise in Agile tools such as Atlassian Jira for effective project management.
• Preferred experience with SAP modules such as FICO (FI-GL/AP), Logistics Invoice Verification, Materials Management, and Sales & Distribution.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and technology trends.
• Expertise in SAP modules and enterprise systems.
