For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Designing and implementing attractive UI screens and elements, ensuring alignment with player feedback

• Developing and optimizing UX flow in conjunction with the game design specifications

• Iterating on and finalizing UI assets to prepare them for implementation

• Following and maintaining the visual style, ensuring a high level of consistency across interfaces

• Improving the product in accordance with market demands and trends

• Conducting UI/UX analysis of competitor games

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, 2+ years working on mobile game projects

Hard Skills:

• Experience creating midcore mobile interfaces

• (must have a portfolio)

• Extensive experience in developing UI/UX in Figma

• Confident knowledge of the basics of UX flow and the ability to build UX flow

• Strong ability to structure information and establish a clear visual hierarchy

• Ability to conceptualize UI, offer different options, and argue for solutions

• Understanding of the basics of 2D drawing and the ability to work with vectors in Figma and Photoshop

• Basic understanding of interface workflow in  Unity

• Knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines, understanding of usability principles, application in practice

• Basic knowledge of typography, color science, composition, infographics, grid system

• Creativity and artistic sense

• Understanding of demands and trends in the casual mobile game market

What we'd like: 

• Ability to draw 2D art

• Confident interface layout skills in  Unity as well as knowledge of layout techniques and resource optimization

• Background as a Game Artist, Graphic Designer, or Marketing Artist

The selection process

The recruitment process will consist of three phases: an interview with our Recruiter, a test task, and a technical interview.
