Spa Manager - Arawan Thai Massage & Spa (Los Gatos, CA)

Arawan Thai Massage & Spa, a highly-rated wellness destination in Los Gatos, CA, is looking for a Spa Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional experience for both customers and staff.

Position Details:

• Location: Los Gatos, CA (Hybrid – on-site required during peak hours, remote work possible at other times)
• Schedule: 5 days a week (Thursday–Monday)
• Hours: 8 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate massage therapists and receptionists to ensure smooth operations
• Manage appointment scheduling and therapist shift assignments
• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Contact clients for confirmations, follow-ups, or schedule adjustments as needed
• Handle light bookkeeping tasks (e.g., google sheets data entry, payroll preparation)
• Assist with business operations to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment
• Supply provisioning / purchasing.
• Ensure compliance with spa policies and maintain a high standard of service

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in spa, salon, or hospitality management preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Comfortable using scheduling and booking software
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team setting
• Bilingual (Thai/English) is a plus
• Digital marketing skills (social media, promotions, online customer engagement) are a plus
