As a manager, you will manage the overall team and provide leadership, coaching, development and direction to all team members. You will be responsible to ensure financial success and provide exceptional customer service overall to both team members and clients.

Wilde Haven Spa has a reputation for excellent customer service while providing luxury services at an affordable price. We are currently seeking a full time Spa Manager that will work closely with the Spa Director, overseeing our Peoria location.

The successful candidate will be highly professional, highly self-motivated and will have demonstrated superior management and sales skills. The qualified candidate will need to be comfortable working with members and guests as well as be responsible for the daily spa operations.

Spa management required. Weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Managerial experience including at least 3-5 years customer service/front desk experience; massage therapy certified; prior experience running a successful front desk; prior training experience for both front desk and esthetics; prior sales/membership experience; excellent leadership/management skills; ability to sell concepts and ideas to management, peers, and employees; demonstrated success in revenue achievement and expense management; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and high standards in ethics, service, and image.
• Maintain the image and culture of the brand through team work, mentoring and coaching
• Achieve monthly sales goals within operating budgets
• Inform and educate guests of memberships and med spa services
• Work with estheticians to create and meet sales and membership goals
• Responsible for addressing member and guest concerns professionally
• Maintain and build client and community relationships
• Manage in-spa events and product launches
• Conduct daily walk through of the spa to maintain cleanliness
• Maintain control of supplies and expenses
• Responsible in hiring and recruiting talent
• Maintain effective relations and communications with Spa Director and the Founder

Knowledge of MindBody POS experience a plus.
