North American Calendering is growing. We are adding a new production line, to be completed by the end of 2024. What does that mean to you? We need your help.
We are looking for a machine fabricator for a 3 month contract that will last through the remainder of 2024.
Job Functions
· Follow Work Order instructions
· Work and contribute as a member of the Maintenance Team
· Perform basic equipment maintenance
· Incorporate Safety into all job functions
o Ensure that the equipment is operating in safe working conditions and is in conformance with OSHA Standards
o If something is not Safe it is everyone’s responsibility to “See Something, Say Something” to Production Supervisor/Plant Manager/Maintenance to get it addressed
o Raise awareness to Supervisor/Plant Manager/Leadership Team for potential areas of production opportunities/concern/exposure
Requirements
· Good organizational skills and communication
· Enthusiastic and self-motivated
· Ability to manage time effectively
