Job Description

We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Provide information, resolve issues, and address customer inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with billing, technical support, orders, and general inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (no experience required) OR high school diploma/GED with relevant customer service or call center experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
