Customer Success Strategist - WholeStack Solutions & UnleashU

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Strategist to join us, someone with 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or strategic account management. This individual will play a key role in fostering long-lasting relationships while also contributing to business growth through strategic customer engagement and sales .

In collaboration with our sister brand, UnleashU , which focuses on empowering teams and demystifying technology , this role will be pivotal in driving client success through tailored solutions that help businesses thrive. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive client success : Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them maximize the value of our services and guiding them to success with actionable strategies.
  • Own client relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities : Partner with clients to understand their needs and identify upsell, cross-sell, or expansion opportunities.
  • Strategic Sales : In addition to client retention, this role will have sales responsibilities, driving new business from non-partners and earning commission on any non-partner business generated.
  • Collaborate across teams : Work closely with the UnleashU and WholeStack teams to align on client goals, deliver impactful results, and unleash their potential .
  • Account management : Oversee the customer lifecycle, ensuring success milestones are achieved.
  • Innovate and demystify : Help clients move beyond legacy thinking by introducing them to innovative solutions and simplifying complex challenges.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, strategic consulting, or account management roles, experience within IT or technology services isn't required, but could be helpful.
  • Proven track record of managing executive relationships and delivering strategic value.
  • Strong ability to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities while growing customer accounts.
  • Experience in selling services or solutions, with demonstrated success in driving new business .
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts simply and persuasively.
  • Curiosity and a learning mindset -You actively seek to understand customer needs and can quickly learn new technologies and solutions.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot (a plus, but not required).

WholeStack Solutions LLC is still young and scrappy. So, while we don't offer company life insurance, disability or dental insurance coverage, we do provide an additional $360 per month in taxable income which you may use for health insurance that you obtain on your own, or for any other purpose. Full time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.

18 days of PTO will be available each year as a 'use-it-or-lose-it' benefit. In addition, WholeStack observes the following holidays:

New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Friday immediately following, Christmas Day
