About Flint Group:

Flint Group invests in lower middle-market companies, with a typical investment size ranging from $60MM to $120MM, and we focus on long-term value creation without the use of enterprise leverage. We partner closely with management teams to excel in the Five Key Battles™: People, Systems and Processes, Execution, Customer Intimacy, and Product Leadership.
