Job Description Scrum Master - Huntsville, AL Full Visibility is seeking a Scrum Master to work in Huntsville, AL. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligible clearance. The Scrum Master will execute Scrum methodologies for product lifecycle. The candidate will guide teams in the Agile methodology, support team rules, facilitate team progress toward team goals, lead, facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, and promote Agile quality practices. The successful candidate will build a high performing team, coordinate with other teams, support ROM and level of estimate activities, and provide the team with feedback and means of improvement while serving as a resource to answer questions. The Scrum Master will lead regular agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation such as team scrums, sprint planning, and user demonstrations. The ideal candidate will advise government personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement in products, services, and/or standardization of processes.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance/SCI Eligibility
• At least three (3+) years of experience supporting Agile teams in the implementation of Scrum practices and principles
• Agile project management experience
• Continuous process improvement experience
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Bachelor's degree in related field or in lieu of degree, 4 additional years of experience
