Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Scrum Master to support agile marketing teams in delivering high-impact campaigns, content, and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive agility, foster collaboration, and improve marketing processes while ensuring the team meets business objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Agile Facilitation & Coaching

• Guide the marketing team in adopting agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and ensure the team remains productive and focused.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

🔹 Marketing Operations & Delivery

• Partner with marketing stakeholders (content, digital, product marketing, creative) to prioritize work and maximize value.
• Manage sprint backlogs, roadmaps, and workflows using agile tools (Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, etc.).
• Ensure marketing projects and campaigns are delivered on time and align with strategic goals.

🔹 Collaboration & Communication

• Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, product, and technology teams to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain clear reporting on marketing sprint progress, roadblocks, and outcomes.

🔹 Performance & Process Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies in marketing workflows and propose solutions.
• Track team performance metrics (velocity, cycle time, lead time) to drive continuous improvement.
• Implement best practices in agile marketing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience & Background

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project Manager in a marketing or creative environment.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and marketing processes.
• Experience working in digital marketing, content marketing, brand marketing, or growth marketing .
• Healthcare/Health Insurance industry background is required.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Technical & Agile Expertise

• Proficiency with agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com).
• Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
• PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent is a plus.
