About the Role - The Jr. Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and owning all details of the projects in their assigned portfolio. This is a highly collaborative customer facing role that engages with multiple cross-functional stakeholders in sales, accounting, design, engineering, manufacturing, and operations to achieve commercial goals and objectives. This role is based in Austin, TX at a location to be opened in 2025. The ideal candidate will also be an exceptional communicator (email and spoken) and will have the ability to work independently and as well as part of a team. Travel to the Company’s Seattle HQ for meetings, training or other business needs will be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily communication with factory, customers and associated parties regarding new or ongoing projects. This includes timeline information, production and shipping updates, and properly setting customer expectations.
  • Interface with customers directly as requested to support project execution and to maintain high levels of communication and service.
  • Support business development by creating and managing project data in CRM and/or ERP systems. Ensure real time accuracy and develop expert working knowledge of business systems, software, and processes.
  • Collaborate on project budgets, define pricing schedules, and create customer quotes and proposals.
  • Attend customer meetings to capture and coordinate project milestones and plans. Communicate to stakeholders as needed.
  • Develop expert knowledge of customer accounts and account-specific service requirements as well as company processes, operations, production capabilities, and product offerings.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination to achieve project milestones, deadlines, and goals. Build detailed project plans and status reports.
  • Responsible for bringing customer products to life including reviewing product specs, physical prototypes and providing other approvals specific to each project.
  • Develop knowledge of beer and beverage industries, including trends, consolidation activities, and operational changes within beverage segments.
  • Attend regular meetings including, but not limited to, daily global commercial team huddles, project review meetings, as well as regular weekly commercial team meetings.
  • Constantly demonstrate high-energy, a positive attitude, solution-driven approach to problem-solving, a strong desire to learn and grow, and facilitate exceptional collaboration across departments whether working independently or as a member of a team.
  • Additional duties, initiatives and/or projects as assigned.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, social sciences (history, sociology, anthropology), or other applicable field of study, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in sales in beer or beverage market a plus
  • Excellent written communication and spoken communication skills in English.

  • A full driver’s license.

Pay range and compensation package - Salary : $64,000 / year + benefits + PTO
