Responsibilities Your Impact: •
Personal Assistant to the CEO: You'll ensure the CEO stays focused and on track, managing her calendar, creating and prioritizing to-do lists, and following up on important connections. You'll be the organizational powerhouse that keeps the business moving forward.

Proactive Communication: Whether it's putting the right lists of contacts in front of the CEO or handling follow-ups on her behalf, you'll make sure that no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Marketing & Strategy Support: Use your marketing skills to maintain and grow our brand presence. You'll handle everything from content creation to client communications, ensuring we're always top of mind in the market.

Team Growth & Network Expansion: By helping the CEO stay organized and focused, you'll directly contribute to the growth of our team and the expansion of our network, playing a crucial role in our overall success.
Qualifications What You Bring to the Table: •
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in a real estate or fast-paced business environment.
•
Strong marketing skills, with a proven track record in content creation, social media management, and client communications.
•
Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (experience with real estate software like MLS or transaction management platforms is a plus).
•
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
•
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact confidently with clients, vendors, and team members.

High level of discretion and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive information.
•
Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without being prompted.
