Job Description

Role: Salesforce data cloud developer- Remote

• Develop technical documents like Functional Design Specifications & Deployment docs.
• Conduct design reviews, peer code reviews, and suggest improvements.
• Troubleshoot build and deployment issues.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and implement new features.
• Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality by leveraging reusable solutions.
• Perform unit testing, defect RCA, and mitigation.
• Manage project delivery, sprint planning, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Interface with customers for requirement clarification and design discussions.
• Mentor and upskill team members, ensuring engagement and career growth.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing activities such as hackathons and internal seminars.

• Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, and Salesforce Data Cloud .
• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM cloud platforms and automation.
• Experience in integrating external systems using SOAP & REST APIs .
• Hands-on experience with production deployment and resolving deployment errors.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to lead a team, manage risks, and ensure timely deliverables.
